Punch It Out. Dropout Fight Club is a premiere boxing gym located in Milwaukee’s Riverwest neighborhood. Dropout Fight Club caters to boxers of all types and is built on a highly inclusive foundation where everyone is welcome.
For Dropout Fight Club, I created a flash sheet of illustrations to be used in a variety of executions to extend the brand beyond of the gym walls and into the greater community. We purposely kept the art a little more rough-hewn and idiosyncratic as a nod to the direct made art found in middle century boxing gyms.
Inspired by boxing’s rich visual history the work came to life in a series of shareable GIFs, illustrations, and hand lettered designs. Each animation lovingly crafted to smack, well, right in the kisser.
